Předmětem zadané bakalářské práce je projektová dokumentace pro provedení stavby rodinného domu ve městě Brně v městské části Dolní Heršpice. Budova má stát v rozvíjející oblasti pro stavbu rodinných domů. Objekt je samostatně stojící a měl by sloužit pro život až 6 osobám. Budova je navržena jako dvoupodlažní s terasou a zahradou. Obě patra jsou nadzemní. Zastřešení tvoří jednoplášťová plochá střecha. Konstrukční systém domu je příčný stěnový, tvořený z broušených keramických cihelných bloků typu HELUZ FAMILY 2IN1 s integrovaným pěnovým polystyrenem. Objekt je založen na základových pasech z prostého betonu. Stropní konstrukce je navržena z keramických stropních panelů HELUZ. Schodiště spojující všechna podlaží je monolitické. The subject of this bachelor thesis is to create project documentation for a new family house in the city of Brno in the municipal district of Dolní Heršpice The building is to be located in a developing area for the construction of family houses. The building is detached and should serve for living up to 6 persons. The building is designed as a two-storey building with a terrace and a gardent. Both floors are above the ground. The roofing is created by contact flat roof. The structural system of the house is a transverse wall system, made of ground ceramic bricks of HELUZ FAMILY 2IN1 type with integrated polystyrene foam. The building is based on the foundation strips of plain concrete. The ceiling structure is designed from HELUZ ceramic ceiling panels. The staircase connecting all floors is monolithic and the roofing is designed with a flat single-skin roof.
