Predmetom bakalárskej práce je návrh a posúdenie nosnej časti monolitickej železobetónovej konštrukcie penziónu s použitím metodiky BIM. V bakalárskej práci bol prevedený výpočet zaťaženia, statická analýza konštrukcie a optimálny návrh vystuženia. Súčasťou práce je výkresová dokumentácia riešených prvkov. Konštrukcia je prevedená podľa platných noriem ČSN EN 1992-1-1 a ČSN 73 1201. The aim of the bachelor thesis is the design and assessment of the load-bearing part of the monolithic reinforced concrete structure of the guesthouse using the BIM methodology. In the bachelor thesis was carried out the calculation of loads, structural analysis of the structure and the optimal design of reinforcement. The thesis includes technical drawings of the designed elements. The structure is designed according to the valid standards ČSN EN 1992-1-1 and ČSN 73 1201.
