Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na návrh a realizaci komunikační větve pro energetický polygon. V teoretické části práce je popsána elektrická soustava České republiky, teorie standardů DLMS/COSEM a IEC 60870, které jsou stěžejní pro vytvoření komunikační větve. Dále je zde popsán již existující energetický polygon na VUT, do kterého byla navržená komunikační větev implementována. Součástí teoretické části je popis návrhu předávání dat mezi již zmíněnými standardy. V rámci praktické části práce byly vytvořeny programy pro vyčítání dat z elektroměrů a jejich následné předání SCADA systému. Součástí praktické části je i rozbor zachycené komunikace, která představuje běžný provoz komunikační větve. This bachelor's thesis is focused on the design and realization of communication branch for energy polygon. In the theoretical part of this thesis is descibed electric power transmission of the Czech republic, theory of standards DLMS/COSEM and IEC 60870, which are important for making of communication branch. In this part is also described existing energy polygon on BUT. Into this existing polygon is the communication branch implemented. Part of theorecical part is describtion of the data transfer design between the mentioned standards. In practical part were made program for reading data from smart electricity meters and their subsequent transmission to SCADA system. Part of the practical part is also breakdown of captured communication, which represents normal traffic of the communication branch.
