Tato diplomová práce se zabývá elektroerozivním obráběním s vyšším důrazem na drátové řezání, na které je proveden experiment. V teoretické části je rozebrán obecný princip elektroeroze a dále různé druhy této metody obrábění. Řešený experiment spočívá v obrábění drátovou elektrodou vysokého a nízkého kusu a následného vzájemného srovnání pozorovaných hodnot jako je čas obrábění, spotřeba elektrické energie, rozměrové odchylky atd. Vysoký kus zde reprezentuje řezání více plechů naskládaných na sobě. Experiment má tedy znázornit, jak moc je výhodnější obrábět více plechů zároveň. Navíc je provedeno obrábění nízkého kusu na starším stroji pro srovnání se strojem novým. Průběh experimentu je detailně popsán od charakteristiky použitých strojů až po vyhodnocení výsledků. This diploma thesis deals with electrical discharge machining with a greater emphasis on wire EDM, which the experiment is carried out. The theoretical part discusses the general principle of EDM and types of this method of machining. The experiment consists of machining a high and a low piece with a wire electrode and is then followed by a comparison of observed values such as machining time, power consumption, dimensional deviations etc. The high piece here represents cutting multiple sheets stacked on top of each other. The experiment is therefore intended to demonstrate how much more advantageous it is to machine multiple sheets at the same time. In addition, machining of the low piece is performed on an older machine for comparison with a new machine. The course of the experiment is described in detail from the characteristics of the used machines to the evaluation of the results.
