Klíčovým faktorem pro úspěšnou léčbu ischemické mozkové příhody je včasná diagnostika. Software pro automatickou detekci trombů může být pomocným nástrojem pro radiology. Bakalářská práce se zabývá detekcí trombů v multifázických CT datech. Hlavním cílem práce bylo detekovat tromby a vytvořit prototyp detekčního softwaru. Algoritmus umožňuje tromby také segmentovat. Navržený přístup je plně automatický. Úspěšnost algoritmu bylo možné objektivně ohodnotit pomocí dostupných manuálních anotací. Praktická část byla realizována v programovacím prostředí MATLAB R2023b. V teoretické části byla vypracována rešerše na danou problematiku. Early diagnosis is a key factor for the successful treatment of ischemic stroke. Software for automatic thrombi detection can be a helpful tool for radiologists. The bachelor’s thesis deals with thrombi detection in multiphase CT data. The main objective of this thesis was to detect thrombi and develop a prototype of the detection software. The algorithm also allows the thrombi to be segmented. The proposed approach is fully automatic. The success of the algorithm could be objectively evaluated using the available manual annotations. The practical part was implemented in the MATLAB R2023b programming environment. In the theoretical part, a research on the issue was developed.
