Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem, sestavením a zprovozněním systému pro charakterizaci polovodičových topných vrstev. Postupně je zde řešena problematika obecné struktury navrženého systému, metodiky měření, parametrů použitých přístrojů, měřicích algoritmů, obecného hardwarového a softwarového řešení. Pomocí toho systému je možné získat potřebná data sloužící k posouzení potenciální degradace nanášených topných vrstev, nedokonalostí technologického procesu výroby včetně celkového designu vyráběných vzorků. The bachelor thesis deals with the design, preparation and operation of a system for the characterization of semiconductor heating layers. The general structure of the designed system, measurement methodology, parameters of the used instruments, measurement algorithms, general hardware and software solutions are addressed. With this system it is possible to obtain the necessary data used to assess the potential degradation of the deposited heating layers, imperfections of the technological process of production including the overall design of the produced samples.
