Diplomová práca je zameraná na komparáciu zdanenia vybraného podnikateľského subjektu v Českej republike a na Slovensku. Prvá, teoretická časť práce vymedzuje základné pojmy, ktoré sú podstatné pre pochopenie problematiky a následne sa venuje daniam a ich významu. Druhá časť, ktorá je analytická, popisuje daňové systémy oboch krajín a venuje sa ich porovnaniu. Záverečná časť diplomovej práce sa zaoberá výpočtom daňovej povinnosti vybraného subjektu v oboch krajinách a obsahuje návrhy pre vybraný subjekt založené na výsledkoch z výpočtov. The master´s thesis is focused on the comparison of the taxation of a selected business entity in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The first, theoretical part of the thesis defines the basic terms that are essential for understanding the issue and then deals with taxes and their meaning. The second part, which is analytical, describes the tax systems of both countries and deals with their comparison. The final part of the thesis deals with the calculation of the tax liability of the selected entity in both countries and contains proposals for the selected entity based on the results of the calculations.
