Tato práce popisuje podnikatelský záměr pro vytvoření společnosti XYZ, která bude působit v oblasti prodeje spotřební a výpočetní elektroniky. V práci jsou nejprve popsány teoretické náležitosti související s problematikou vypracování podnikatelského plánu a souvisejících analýz. V druhé části práce, tedy v praktické části, je vypracován podnikatelský plán pro podnik XYZ. This work describes a business plan for the establishment of company XYZ, which specializes in the sale and service of computer technology. The theoretical foundations related to the development of a business plan and related analyses are first described in the work. In the second part of the work, the practical section, a business plan for company XYZ is developed.
