Předmětem bakalářské práce je vypracování projektové dokumentace pro novostavbu bytového domu v Blansku. Objekt má čtyři nadzemní podlaží. Hlavní vstupy do objektu se nachází v prvním nadzemním podlaží. V objektu se nachází šestnáct bytových jednotek, které jsou propojeny společnou chodbou. V přízemí jsou garáže, sklepní boxy, sklad, kočárkárna, technická a úklidová místnost. Další podlaží jsou určena už jen pro bydlení. Konstrukční systém objektu je řešen jako stěnový. Založení bude řešeno základovými pasy z prostého betonu. Stropy tvoří monolitické železobetonové desky. Střecha je navržena plochá s povlakovou krytinou z polyolefinové fólie. Bakalářská práce obsahuje projektovou dokumentaci pro provádění stavby. The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the development of project documentation for the new construction of an apartment building in Blansko. The building has four above-ground floors. The main entrances to the building are located on the first floor above ground. There are sixteen apartment units in the building, which are connected by a common corridor. On the ground floor there are garages, cellar boxes, storage, carriage house, technical and cleaning room. The other floors are intended for living only. The structural system of the object is designed as a wall system. The foundation will be solved with foundation passes made of plain concrete. The ceilings are monolithic reinforced concrete slabs. The roof is designed flat with a coating of polyolefin film. The bachelor's thesis contains project documentation for the implementation of the construction.
