Diplomová práca je zameraná na hodnotenie výkonnosti a návrh udržateľnej stratégie rozvoja vybraného podniku, pôsobiaceho v oblasti informačných technológii za obdobie rokov 2018 až 2022. Hodnotenie výkonnosti podniku je vykonané prostredníctvom nástrojov finančnej analýzy, s využitím softvéru MS Excel a Maple. Na preskúmanie makroekonomického prostredia je použitá analýza PESTLE a na analýzu konkurenčného prostredia firmy je použitá Porterova analýza piatich síl. Stratégia podniku je navrhnutá pomocou metódy Growth Share Matrix (GSM). The diploma thesis focuses on evaluation of the performance and the proposal of a sustainable development strategy of a selected company operating in the field of information technology for the period from 2018 to 2022. The evaluation of the company's performance is carried out through the tools of financial analysis, using Maple software. PESTLE analysis is used to examine the macroeconomic environment and Porter's five forces analysis is used to analyze the competitive environment of the company. The sustainable strategy of the company is designed using Growth share matrix method (GSM).
