Tématem této diplomové práce je optimalizace systému řízení dokumentace pro koncového zákazníka ve výrobním podniku specializujícím se na produkci hydraulických agregátů. Hlavním cílem práce je zlepšení procesu přípravy produktové dokumentace. K tomu bylo využito metod filozofie Six Sigma. Po analýze současného stavu byla navržena opatření vedoucí k naplnění vytyčených cílů a následně byla vybraná opatření zavedena a technicko-ekonomicky zhodnocena. The aim of this diploma thesis is the optimization of a documentation management system for an end customer in a manufacturing company specializing in the production of hydraulic aggregates. The main objective of the work is to improve the process of preparing product documentation. For this purpose, the methods of Six Sigma philosophy were used. After the analysis of the current state, measures were proposed to meet the set objectives and then the selected measures were implemented and technically and economically evaluated.
