Tato práce se věnuje tématu komparace vybraných ukazatelů životního stylu pedagogů chemie a pedagogů výchovy ke zdraví na základních školách. Vybranými ukazateli jsou například pitný režim, pohybová aktivita, vzdělávání v oblasti zdravé výživy, zvládání stresových situací atd. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny zásadní pojmy z pedagogické oblasti a k vybraným ukazatelům zdravého životního stylu. Praktická část je věnována srovnání těchto ukazatelů a negativnímu či pozitivnímu vlivu vyučujícího předmětu na životní styl vybraných pedagogů. K tomuto vyhodnocení slouží QUAN-qual smíšený design. Kvantitativní výzkum proběhl pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Doplňující kvalitativní výzkum byl uskutečněný pomocí dvou rozhovorů. Hlavním cílem je pomocí vybraných ukazatelů, srovnat životní styl pedagogů výchovy ke zdraví a pedagogů chemie na základních školách. Dílčími cíli pak bude porovnat do jaké míry si vybraní pedagogové myslí, že dodržují zásady zdravé výživy. Druhým dílčím cílem pak bude porovnat, který vyučovaný předmět má větší pozitivní vliv na zdraví životní styl pedagogů, zda předmět Výchova ke zdraví či předmět Chemie. Na základě uskutečněného výzkumu byly srovnány jednotlivé ukazatele životního stylu a porovnány odpovědi ze skupin pedagogů chemie a pedagogů výchovy ke zdraví. Pomocí analýzy... This thesis focuses on the comparison of selected lifestyle indicators of chemistry teachers and health education teachers in primary schools. The selected indicators are, for example, drinking regime, physical activity, education in healthy nutrition, stress management, etc. The theoretical part explains the key terms from the pedagogical field and the selected indicators of healthy lifestyle. The practical part is focused on the comparison of these indicators and the negative or positive influence of teaching the subject on the lifestyle of the selected teachers. A QUAN- qual mixed design is used for this evaluation. The quantitative research was conducted by means of a questionnaire survey. Additional qualitative research was conducted using two interviews. The main target is to compare the lifestyles of health education teachers and chemistry teachers in primary schools using selected indicators. The sub-targets will then be to compare the extent to which the selected educators think they are following the principles of healthy nutrition. The second sub-target will then be to compare which subject taught has a greater positive impact on the health lifestyle of educators, the Health Education subject or the Chemistry subject.
