Autor: Jana Holubcová Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po implantací TEP levého kolenního kloubu Cíl: Cílem této bakalářské práce je získání vědomostí o diagnóze TEP kolenního kloubu a nejčastější indikaci k tomuto zákroku. Dále bylo cílem zpracování kazuistiky pacienta s touto diagnózou a zhodnocení použitých postupů a výsledků vyšetření. Metody: Kazuistika obsahuje vstupní a výstupní kineziologický rozbor, osm terapeutických jednotek, cíle krátkodobého a dlouhodobého terapeutického plánu a návrh terapie. Na vyšetření byly použity metody, které jsou obsahem znalostí bakalářského studia oboru fyzioterapie. V závěru jsou metody a efekt porovnány s odbornou literaturou. Výsledky: Výsledkem bylo zlepšování stavu pacienta, dosažení vyšší kvality pohybu operovaného kloubu. Objectives: The aim of this bachelor thesis is to gain knowledge about the diagnosis of TEP of the knee joint and the most common indication for this procedure. Furthermore, the aim was to prepare a case report of a patient with this diagnosis and to evaluate the procedures used and the results of the examination Methods:The case study report includes an initial and an initial kinesiological analysis, eight therapeutics units, the objectives of the short- and long-term therapeutic pla and the design of the therapy. The methods used in the examination were those that are part of the knowledge of the bachelor's degree in physiotherapy. Finally, the methods and effect are compare with the literature.
