Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na to, jakou roli má sociální pracovník při asistovaných kontaktech, konkrétně těch, které jsou určeny pro rodiče s dětmi během konfliktních rozvodových/rozchodových situacích. Teoretická část vymezuje základní pojmy, které se týkají rozvodu se speciálně vymezenou kapitolou o syndromu zavrženého rodič. Dále je v teoretické části obsažen popis asistovaného kontaktu, ve kterém se přímo zaměřuji na roli sociálního pracovníka při jeho poskytování. V praktické části jsou uvedeny výsledky z výzkumu, který byly získány na základě šetření. Primárním cílem bakalářské práce bylo identifikovat roli sociálního pracovníka při asistovaném kontaktu. K dosažení cíle byla zvolena metoda dotazování a techniky polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Jako hlavní výzkumnou otázku jsem zvolila: "Jaká je role sociálního pracovníka při asistovaném kontaktu?" Z provedeného výzkumu vyplývá, že sociální pracovník zastává klíčovou roli v podpoře dětí a udržení jejich vtahu s oběma rodiči. Dále výzkum ukazuje, že sociální pracovník aktivně podporuje spolupráci mezi rodiči, také vyplynulo, že sociální pracovník zastává významnou roli ve spolupráci s ostatními aktéry, se kterými dochází k domluvě na realizaci asistovaných kontaktů. Bakalářská práce má potenciál poskytnout rodinám užitečné informace, dovednosti a povzbuzení potřebné k úspěšnému navigování v oblasti asistovaného kontaktu a k posílení rodinných vztahů v době rozsáhlých konfliktů během rozvodu/rozchodu rodičů. A současně může sloužit jako zdroj ucelených informací a názorů pro poskytovatele. The bachelor thesis focuses on the role of a social worker in supervised contacts, specifically those designed for parents with children during conflicting divorce. The theoretical part defines basic concepts related to divorce, with a specifically outlined chapter on the phenomenon of Parental Alienation Syndrome. Furthermore, the theoretical section includes a description of supervised contact, focusing directly on the role of the social worker in its provision. The practical part presents the results form the research. The primary aim of the bachelor thesis was to identify the role of the social worker in supervised contact. To achieve this goal, a method of questioning and semi-structured interview techniques were chosen. The main research question was: "What is the Role of a Social Worker in a Supervised Contact?" The research findings indicate that the social worker has a key role in supporting children and maintaining their relationship with both parents. Furthermore, the research shows that the social worker actively promotes cooperation between the parents. It has also shown that the social worker has an important role in cooperation with other participants involved in arranging supervised contacts. The bachelor thesis has the potential to provide families with valuable information, skills, and encouregement nesessary for a successful navigaiton in the field of supervised contact and for strengthening family relationships during extensive conflicts through parental divorce/separation. It may also serve as a comprehensive source of infomation and points of view for service providers.
