Tato bakalářská práce zkoumá praktické uplatnění canisterapie v rámci fyzioterapeutické praxe a jeho vliv na rehabilitaci a terapeutické procesy. Cílem této bakalářské práce je zjistit, jakým způsobem jsou fyzioterapeuti zapojování do canisterapie a jejího procesu. Dílčím cílem bylo zjistit jaká je role fyzioterapeuta během praktikování canisterapie a jaké jsou z jeho pohledu přínosy této metody. V teoretické části se zabývám popisem kapitol jako je canisterapie a její formy a metody praktikování a jaké jsou její obecné cíle. Následně popisuji fyzioterapeuty a jejich náplň práce a jak se obory canisterapie a fyzioterapie vzájemně propojují. Metodologie spočívala ve zvolení metody kvalitativního výzkumu, techniky polostrukturovaného rozhovoru a zpracovávání dat probíhala metodou otevřeného kódování. Výsledky jsem rozdělila do kategorií a zobrazila pomocí schémat. Z výsledků vyplývá, že se fyzioterapeuti při canisterapii účastní při vedení a manipulaci s pacientem a věnují se mu během canisterapie. Využívají při tom metody fyzioterapie a podílí se na konzultaci cílů. Přínos vnímají jak po stránce fyzické, tak i psychické a to u různých skupin klientů. Do procesu se zapojují i členové multidisciplinárního týmu a to z důvodu dohledu, vhledu do problematiky či v rámci poskytování komplexní péče. Závěry této práce by mohly poskytnout cenné informace pro fyzioterapeuty a odborníky v oblasti zdravotní péče a sociálních služeb při zkoumání přínosů a využití canisterapie jako součásti komplexní rehabilitační péče. This bachelor thesis explores the practical application of canine therapy within physiotherapy practice and its impact on rehabilitation and therapeutic processes. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to explore how physiotherapists are involved in canine therapy and its process. A sub-objective was to find out what is the role of the physiotherapist during the practice of canine therapy and what are the benefits of this method from their perspective. In the theoretical part, I describe chapters such as canine therapy and its forms and methods of practice and what are its general objectives. I then describe physiotherapists and their job description and how the fields of canine therapy and physiotherapy are interrelated. The methodology consisted in the choice of qualitative research method, semi-structured interview technique and data processing was carried out by open coding method. I divided the results into categories and presented them using diagrams. The results show that physiotherapists are involved in guiding and handling the patient during canine therapy and are dedicated to the patient during canine therapy. In doing so, they use physiotherapy methods and participate in the consultation of goals. They perceive the benefits both physically and psychologically for different groups of clients. Members of the multidisciplinary team are also involved in the process, either for supervision, insight or to provide holistic care. The findings of this thesis could provide valuable information for physiotherapists and health and social service professionals when exploring the benefits and use of canine therapy as part of comprehensive rehabilitation care.
