Bakalářská práce je věnována terapii jizvy po císařském řezu z pohledu fyzioterapie. Cílem mé práce bylo zmapovat možnosti fyzioterapeutických metod a aplikovat je v praxi, zhodnotit vliv terapie jizvy na pohybový systém probandek a také vytvořit edukační materiál v péči o jizvu. Teoretická část je věnována anatomii měkkých tkání a břišní stěny. Předkládám základní informace o porodu císařským řezem, zmiňuji jeho indikace, operační přístupy, samotnou techniku provedení i možné komplikace. V další části jsou shrnuty poznatky o jizvě, jednotlivých typech z hlediska časového i funkčního. V závěru teoretické části jsou popsané možné fyzioterapeutické metody v terapii jizev. Kapitola metodika zahrnuje vyšetřovací a terapeutické postupy, které byly využity v praktické části. Praktická část byla zpracována formou kvalitativního výzkumu v podobě kazuistik. Výzkumný soubor tvořily 3 probandky po porodu SC v odstupu 3, 5 a 6 let. Terapie trvala po dobu cca 3 měsíců. U probandek byl proveden vstupní kineziologický rozbor, na jehož základě byl stanoven plán terapie. Po uplynutí příslušné doby následoval výstupní kineziologický rozbor s porovnáním výsledků. Z nich vyplývá, že terapie jizvy měla pozitivní efekt na pohybový systém probandek, ať už ve smyslu lepšího vnímání vlastního těla, vymizení aktivní jizvy a s ní přidružených komplikací, či snížení hypersenzitivity jizvy. Tato práce by mohla být využita fyzioterapeuty, které daná problematika zajímá. Mohla by být dále uplatněna jako souhrn metod, které lze využít v terapii jizvy. A v neposlední řadě by mohla práce sloužit samotným ženám po porodu SC pro lepší pochopení samotné operace, hojení ran a jako návod v péči o jizvu. This thesis is dedicated to caesarean section scar procedure, and the therapy after the surgery. The aim and core of this study is to investigate and set out possible effective physiotherapy methods, practices and techniques to the improvement of the physical scar appearance and mobility following caesarean section and additionally creating educational material about aftercare for the scar tissue. Theoretical section focuses mainly on soft tissue anatomy and abdominal wall anatomy and also highlighting basic information regarding the caesarean section approach. Within the thesis I have documented and provided relevant knowledge about scars and their types depending on their development over time and functional progression. The thesis also consist of theory and practical sections, trial examinations and therapy methods. As part of the thesis relevant practical information and evidence has been undertaken using qualitative research in form of case study. The studied group consisted of 3 women after caesarean section in 3, 5 and 6 years after the surgery over a period of 3 months. As a part of the trials a kinesiological analysis was also applied to compare the results. The outcome concluded that therapy has had a positive effect on trial participants in the form of the disappearance of physical scars and complications related to them, also the departure of hypersensitivity and better perception and sense of their own bodies. In conclusion, this thesis hopes to provide practical advise and good guidance for women to better understand the caesarean section, the procedure itself and also the scar healing process, and the care approach of the abdominal scar. This work could also be used in order to further educate physiotherapists that are interested in this topic.
