Bakalářská práce se věnuje tématu onomastiky. V této poddisciplíně lingvistiky se zaměřuje přesněji na abionyma, kam spadají i toponyma a chrématonyma. Práce má za cíl poskytnout náhled do sféry českobudějovických restauračních zařízení, jejichž názvy jsou v centru pozornosti. Data byla získána explorační metodou a za pomoci odborné literatury byla podrobena onomastické analýze. Jména restauračních podniků jsou v bakalářské práci klasifikována po stránce motivační, jazykové a sémantické. Názvy byly následně roztříděny podle stanovených kritérií v metodologické části práce. Práce má za cíl zmapovat názvosloví restauračních zařízení v Českých Budějovicích a přispět k onomastice Jihočeského kraje. The bachelor's thesis is devoted to the topic of onomastics. In this sub-discipline of linguistics, the focus is more precisely on abonyms, which also include toponyms and chrematonyms. The aim of the work is to provide an insight into the sphere of České Budějovice restaurants, whose names are in the center of attention. The data was obtained using an exploratory method and was subjected to onomastic analysis with the help of professional literature. The names of restaurant businesses are classified in the bachelor's thesis in terms of motivation, language and semantics. The names were subsequently classified according to the established criteria in the methodological part of the work. The aim of the thesis is to map the nomenclature of restaurants in České Budějovice and to contribute to the onomastic of the South Bohemian Region.
