Předmětem bakalářské práce je návrh nízkopodlažního bytového domu s hlavním zaměřením pro seniory bez nepřetržité péče. Řešenou lokalitou se stala parcela v Ulici Terezy Novákové v Řečkovicích. Na parcele dale na východní části má vzniknout nezávisle další objekt spojený s medicínou. Okolí pozemku je velmi dobře zajištěnou s příjemnou klidnou částí residentní oblasti severního Brna. Zárověň je zde velmi blízko konečná zastávka městské hromadné dopravy se spoji vedoucími do centra města. Bytový dům, jenž je náplní této bakalářské práce je samostatnou čtyřpodlažní budovou s plochou vegetační střechou a střešní terasou. Konstrukce objektu je navržena z kombinace stěnového systému keramického zdiva Porotherm zatepleného minerální vatou a monolitického železobetonového skeletu v severní části stavby. Stropní konstrukce jsou řešeny jako monolitické železobetonové desky. Tvarové řešení vychází z tvaru písmene L, což tvoří dvě funkčně rozdílná křídla objektu. V prvním podlaží je navržena jídelna s podřadnými funkcemi, jako je kuchyň, hygienické zázemí a podobně, dale se zde nachází recepce a napojení na západní zahradu. V dalších nadzemnních podlažích se už nachází bytové jednotky 1+kk a pronajímatelné prostory, ve čtvrtém, posledním nadzemním podlaží se nachází střešní terasa nad severozápadním křídlem budovy. V suterénu jsou umístěny kóje pro obyvatele objektu, technická místnost a sklad pro případný venkovní mobiliář. Fasáda je bílá s šedočernými akcenty v rámech oken a klempířských prvcích. The subject of the bachelor thesis is the design of a low-rise residential building primarily intended for seniors without continuous care. The chosen location is a plot on Tereza Nováková Street in Řečkovice. Another independent building connected to healthcare is planned for the eastern part of the plot. The surroundings of the plot are well-secured and situated in a quiet residential area in the northern part of Brno. Additionally, there is a public transport terminal nearby, providing connections to the city center. The residential building, the focus of this bachelor thesis, is a standalone four-story structure with a green roof and a rooftop terrace. The construction of the building is designed using a combination of Porotherm ceramic block wall system insulated with mineral wool and a monolithic reinforced concrete frame in the northern part of the structure. The ceiling structures are monolithic reinforced concrete slabs. The building's layout follows the shape of the letter L, forming two functionally distinct wings. The first floor includes a canteen with subsidiary functions such as a kitchen, sanitary facilities, reception, and access to the western garden. The upper floors house 1+kc residential units and rentable spaces. The fourth and final above-ground floor features a rooftop terrace above the northwestern wing of the building. The basement contains storage units for residents, a technical room, and storage for potential outdoor furniture. The facade is white with gray-black accents in window frames and sheet metal elements.
