Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá vhodným doplnením stavebnej prieluky v Brne. Vybraná bola prieluka na križovatke ulíc Bratislavská, Příkop a Koliště, kde návrh popisuje pavlačové bytové objekty určené pre nájomné bývanie - konkrétne pre seniorov a mladých ľudí spolu s prináležiacou občianskou vybavenosťou a komerčnými priestormi. The bachelor thesis deals with the appropriate addition of a building at a breakthrough at the intersection of Bratislavska, Příkop and Koliště streets, where the design describes residential buildings intended for rental housing - specifically for seniors and young people, together with the associated civic amenities and commercial premises.
