Lidská mysl a tělo jsou konstruované pro pobyt v přírodě, stres je pak přirozeným prostředníkem pro zajištění přežití. Jak se ale vypořádat se stresem způsobeným prostředím internetu, sociálních sítí a moderních technologií? Jak nalézt rovnováhu mezi reálným světem a životem v online prostoru? Na tyto otázky se pokouší odpovědět Restart. Jedná se o projekt offline centra, které nabízí ideální podmínky pro regeneraci těla i duše, poskytuje podněty pro obnovení vyváženého životního stylu a znovunalezení životní energie. The human mind and body are designed to be in nature, and stress is a natural means of ensuring survival. But how to deal with the stress caused by the Internet environment, social media and modern technology? How to find a balance between the real world and life in the online space? Restart attempts to answer these questions. It is a project of an offline centre that offers ideal conditions for regeneration of body and soul, providing incentives to restore a balanced lifestyle and rediscover life energy.
