Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem obytného souboru a přilehlé občanské vybavenosti na Červeném kopci v Brně Štýřicích. Cílem je vytvoření lokality příjemné pro život, která bude poskytovat kvalitní bydlení a umožňovat svým obyvatelům sdílet společný čas. To vše v aktuální době, kdy je bytů naléhavý nedostatek. The bachelor’s thesis deals with the design of a residential complex and adjacent civic amenities on Červený kopec in Brno Štýřice. The goal is to create a location that is pleasant to live in, that will provide quality housing and enable its residents to share time together. All this at the current time, when there is an urgent shortage of apartments.
