Diplomová práce se věnuje problematice smáčení vývodových součástek. Je zde nastíněna problematika pájení, tvorby pájeného spoje. Nahlíží se na oblast smáčení vývodu, jež bude testována metodou smáčecích vah tak na tvorbu intermetalické vrstvy na pomezí pájka vývod. Tvorba intermetalických vrstev bude pozorována na měděných kontaktech galvanicky pokrytých jiným kovem. The master thesis is devoted to the problem of wetting of lead components. It outlines the problems of soldering, solder joint formation. It looks at the area of pin wetting, which will be tested by the method of wetting scales and the formation of an intermetallic layer at the solder-pin interface. The formation of intermetallic layers will be observed on copper contacts electroplated with another metal.
