Cílem bakalářské práce je návrh obytného souboru na Červeném kopci v Brně. Návrh má zohledňovat trendy současné rezidenční architektury a nabídnout možná řešení problematiky aktuální bytové krize. Řešené území se nachází na pomezí hustě zastavěného území Štýřic a přírody, v současnosti se zde nachází zahrádkářská kolonie. Návrh využívá formu družstevního bydlení, které je podpořeno systémem variabilních dispozic jednotlivých bytových domů a viladomů. Budoucí obyvatelé díky tomu mají možnost zasahovat do výstavby a nakonfigurovat si dům podle svých představ. Navržené budovy využívají svažitého pozemku zasazením do terénu. Celý soubor je propojen parkem s retenčním jezírkem, dětským hřištěm, workout hřištěm, komunitní zahradou a rozhlednou. Obytnou funkci souboru doplňuje polyfunkční dům s kavárnou a pronajímatelnými prostory. Návrh odráží vizi bydlení budoucnosti na základě flexibilních dispozic, udržitelnosti a podpory diverzity. The aim of this bachelor‘s thesis is to design a residential complex on Red Hill in Brno. The design will take into account the trends of contemporary residential architecture and offer possible solutions to the current housing crisis. The site is located on the border of the densely built-up area of Štýřice and nature, and currently houses a garden colony. The design uses the form of cooperative housing, which is supported by a system of variable layouts of individual apartment buildings and villas. This gives future residents the opportunity to intervene in the construction and configure the house according to their own ideas. The houses utilize the sloping terrain by being embedded into the ground. The entire complex is connected by a park with a retention pond, a children‘s playground, a workout, a community garden, and a lookout tower. The residential function of the complex is complemented by a multifunctional building with a café and rental spaces. The design reflects the vision of future living based on flexible layouts, sustainability, and support for diversity.
