Diplomová práce se zabývá sociálním pracovníkem jako case managerem při práci s obětmi trestných činnosti. Cílem diplomové práce bylo analyzovat, jak sociální pracovníci v Jihočeském kraji při práci s obětmi trestné činnosti vnímají svoji roli. Výzkumné otázky byly stanoveny dvě zaměřující se na motivaci a limity case managerů při jejich práci. Teoretická část práce se zaměřuje na současný stav v dané problematice, sociálního pracovníka, dále na oběť trestné činnosti a na management a case management. Empirická část obsahuje kvalitativní výzkumnou strategii, kde byla provedena analýza IPA. K získání dat byla použita technika dotazování za pomoci polostrukturovaného rozhovoru, který obsahoval sedmnáct otázek. V teritorium Jihočeského okraje bylo osloveno dvacet osm informantů, výzkumný soubor následně tvořilo 6 informantů. Analýzou a interpretací získaných dat bylo zjištěno, jaké role vnímají sociální pracovníci jako case manageři, dále co je motivuje a jaké jsou limity při jejich práci. Z analýzy provedených rozhovorů vyplývá, že sociální pracovníci si uvědomují rozmanité role ve své práci, avšak existuje shoda v tom, že se přizpůsobují individuálním potřebám klienta. Výsledky této diplomové práce mohou být použity pro potřeby sociálních pracovníků, studentů sociální práce. Předpokládaným přínos pro praxi je povědomí o vnímání role sociálního pracovníka jako case managera a pro supervize s těmito pracovníky. The diploma thesis deals with a social worker as a case manager when working with victims of crime. The aim of the thesis was to analyze how social workers in the South Bohemian region perceive their role when working with victims of crime. Two research questions were established focusing on the motivation and limitations of case managers in their work. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the current state of the issue, the social worker, the victim of crime, and on management and case management. The empirical part includes a qualitative research strategy, where IPA analysis was conducted. A semi-structured interview technique with seventeen questions was used to gather data. Twenty-eight informants were approached in the South Bohemian region, forming a research sample of six informants. Through the analysis and interpretation of the obtained data, it was found out what roles social workers perceive as case managers, what motivates them, and what limitations they face in their work. The analysis of conducted interviews suggests that social workers are aware of the various roles in their work, but there is consensus that they adapt to the individual needs of the client. The results of this thesis can be used for the needs of social workers, social work students. The anticipated benefit for practice is awareness of the role of a social worker as a case manager and for supervision with these workers.
