Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem zástavby ve městě Frenštátu pod Radhoštěm. Lokalitou je nevyužité území mezi ulicemi Záhuní a Vávrovou. Návrh prezentuje představu současného města v kontextu historického centra Frenštátu. Nová zástavba klade důraz na vytvoření obytných veřejných prostor a také na dostatek zeleně. Diplomová práce vychází částečně z urbanistického návrhu předdiplomního projektu, který byl upraven. Součástí práce je urbanistická studie, detailněji se pak práce věnuje návrhu - architektonické studii tří druhů bytových domů, které jsou v území použity. Jedná se o domy na nově navrhovaném náměstí Dolním Rynku, solitérní viladomy ve svahu a řadové bytové domy na ulici Záhuní. Principy lze aplikovat na další objekty v rámci ulice či města. Navrhované objekty slouží především bydlení a dále jsou prostory využity pro obchod, služby a kanceláře. Součástí návrhu je i řešení veřejných prostranství a ulic, městské zeleně a parkování. The thesis deals with the design of the development in the town of Frenštát pod Radhoštěm. The location is an unused area between Záhuní and Vávrová streets. The proposal presents an idea of the contemporary city in the context of the historical center of Frenštát. The new development emphasizes the creation of residential public spaces as well as plenty of greenery. The diploma thesis is partly based on the urban planning proposal of the pre-diploma project, which was modified. Part of the work is an urban study, and in more detail the work is devoted to the design - an architectural study of three types of apartment buildings that are used in the area. These are houses on the newly proposed Dolní Rynko square, detached villas on a slope and terraced apartment buildings on Záhuní Street. The principles can be applied to other objects within the street or city. The proposed buildings are mainly used for housing, and the premises are also used for trade, services and offices. The proposal also includes solutions for public spaces and streets, urban greenery and parking.
