Cílem této diplomové práce je zpracování analýzy v oblasti využívání vícekriteriálních modelů pro hodnocení manažerských přístupů a firemní výkonnosti s akcentem na nefinanční aspekty. Provedení hodnocení společnosti je v rámci této diplomové práce zpracováno pomocí modelu Start Plus. Na základě zjištěných příležitostí ke zlepšení společnosti je zpracován návrh na zlepšení situace. Z výsledků této práce vyplynulo, že firma je dle modelu hodnocena dobře. Celkem získala 410 bodů. Slabá místa jsou především v oblasti zaměstnanců, zákazníků, společenských výsledků a nedefinování vize a mise. Na tato slabá místa byla vytvořena v závěru práce doporučení. The aim of this thesis is to analyse the use of multi-criteria models to evaluate managerial approaches and corporate performance with an emphasis on non-financial aspects. In this thesis, the evaluation of the company is processed using the Start Plus model. Based on the identified opportunities for improvement of the company, a proposal for improvement is developed. The results of this thesis showed that the company is rated well according to the model. The total score is 410 points. The weaknesses are mainly in the areas of employees, customers, social performance and not defining the vision and mission. Recommendations were made at the end of the thesis to address these weaknesses.
