Diplomová práce pojednává o zhodnocení investičního záměru a jeho možných dopadů ve věci výstavby nové víceúčelové budovy pro konkrétní společnost. Práce je rozdělena na tři hlavní části. Část teoretickou, která poskytuje informační podklad v oblastech investic a jejich vyhodnocování, část analytickou, která poté na základě těchto poznatků vytváří rozbor pro část poslední, návrhovou, v níž bude plánovaná investice na základě zvolených metod posouzena, a to spolu s předpokládanými dopady na finanční zdraví již zmíněné konkrétní společnosti. The diploma thesis deals with the evaluation of an investment project and its possible impacts in the matter of a construction of a new multipurpose building for a specific company. The thesis is divided into three main parts. A theoretical part, which provides informational background in the areas of investments and their evaluation, an analytical part, which then creates an analysis based on this knowledge for the last part, the design part, in which the planned investment will be assessed based on the chosen methods, along with the expected impacts on the financial health of the aforementioned specific company.
