Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem podpory specifikace produktu pro modelový podnik, který je součástí tréninkového centra v laboratoři řízení podnikových procesů na Fakultě podnikatelské. Na základě analýzy studijního programu Procesní management a vybavení laboratoře LAPROCO jsou vytvořeny návrhy pro modelový podnik. Cílem návrhů je vytvoření podpory specifikace produktů modelového podniku v podobě konfigurátoru, a procesů s tím spojených. The thesis deals with the design of product specification support for a model enterprise, which is part of the training centre in the Business Process Management Laboratory at the Faculty of Business. Based on the analysis of the process management curriculum and the equipment of the LAPROCO laboratory, proposals for the model enterprise are made. The aim of the designs is to create support for the specification of the products of the model enterprise in the form of a configurator, and the processes associated with it.
