[cze][eng] Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem antikoncepčních metod a informovaností žen o tomto tématu. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, a to na část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretická část se zabývá vybranými antikoncepčními metodami (např. přerušovaný pohlavním styk, mužský kondom, ženský kondom, vaginální pesar, spermicidy, kombinovaná perorální antikoncepce, pilulka po nechráněném pohlavním styku, sterilizace ), spolehlivostí antikoncepce, plánováním rodičovství a rolí porodní asistentky v oblasti edukace o antikoncepčních metodách. Pro praktickou část byl zvolen jeden cíl a to konkrétně - Zjistit, zda jsou ženy informované v oblasti antikoncepce a odkud informace čerpají. Výzkumné šetření probíhalo na základě dotazníkového šetření. Dotazník byl vlastní konstrukce a tvořilo ho 26 otázek, které byly uzavřené, polouzavřené a jedna otázka byla otevřená. Dotazník byl distribuován online cestou na sociální síti Instagram. Pro vyhodnocení hypotéz byl použit dvouvýběrový (párový) Z test a test proporce (hypothesis test for proportion). Výzkumný soubor byl tvořen 573 respondentkami. Respondentky byly rozděleny celkem do čtyř věkových kategorií. Nejvíce zastoupenou věkovou kategorií byly ženy ve věku 18-25 let (52,5 %). Naopak nejmenší zastoupení měly ženy ve věku 46-50 let (3,3 %). S výše uvedeným cílem souvisí hypotézy, které znějí následovně: H1: Mladší ženy mají více informací o antikoncepci než starší ženy. H2: Ženy mají více informací o antikoncepci z internetových zdrojů než od porodní asistentky. Výzkumné šetření prokázalo, že mladší ženy jsou více informované v oblasti antikoncepčních metod než ženy starší. Pro ověření této hypotézy byly původní čtyři věkové kategorie sloučené do dvou a to konkrétně - mladší ženy = 18-35 let, starší ženy 36-50 let. Dále z výzkumného šetření vyplynulo, že větší počet žen získává informace o antikoncepčních metodách z internetových zdrojů než od porodní asistentky. Internet jako zdroj informací ženy zvolily celkem 379x, porodní asistentku, jako zdroj informací uvedly ženy pouze 7x. 5 Výzkumné šetření tedy prokázalo, že ženy jsou v oblasti antikoncepčních metod informované. Je však nezbytné, aby porodní asistentky plně využívaly veškeré kompetence, které mají ve svém povolání. Obě hypotézy byly díky výzkumnému šetření potvrzeny.This bachelor's thesis deals with the topic of contraceptive methods and women's awareness of this topic. It is divided into two parts, the theoretical part, and the practical part. The theoretical part deals with the selected contraceptive methods (e.g. coitus interruptus, male condom, female condom, vaginal pessary, spermicides, combined oral contraceptive, a pill after unprotected intercourse, sterilization...), the reliability of contraception, the family planning, and the role of the midwife in the education about the contraceptive methods. For the practical part there was chosen one goal, specifically - to find out whether women were informed about the contraception issues and where they got the information from. The research was based on a questionnaire survey. The questionnaire was self-constructed and consisted of 26 questions that were closed, semi-closed and one open question. It was distributed online on the Instagram social network. For the evaluation of the hypothesis there were used a two-sample (paired) Z test and a test for proportion. The research group consisted of 573 female respondents. These respondents were divided into a total of four age categories. Women aged 18-25 (52,2 %) were the most represented age category. On the contrary, women aged 46-50 (3,4 %) had the smallest representation. The following hypotheses are related to the above-mentioned goal: H1: Younger women have more information about the contraception than older women. H2: Women have more information about the contraception from the Internet sources than from the midwives. The research showed that younger women were more informed about the contraceptive methods than older women. To verify this hypothesis, the original four age categories were merged into two categories, specifically - younger women = 18-35 years old, older women = 36-50 years old. Furthermore, the research showed that a greater number of women obtained information about the contraceptive methods from the Internet sources than from the midwives. Women chose the Internet as a source of information a total of 379 times, while midwives were mentioned as a source of information only 7 times. 7 The research thus proved that women were informed about of the contraceptive methods. However, it is essential for the midwives to make full use of all competencies they have in their profession. Both hypotheses were confirmed through the research investigation.
