Práce se věnuje Eduardu Štorchovi a jeho pedagogickému působení v Československu v první polovině 20. století, přičemž poukazuje na vztahy mezi Štorchem a pedagogy z minulosti i jeho současníky. Analyzuje Štorchovy pedagogické metody a postupy a srovnává je s tehdejším školstvím, dále vysvětluje pojem eubiotiky a popisuje inovativní projekt Dětské farmy. Práce se zaměřuje na jeho edukativní přínos v oblasti výuky dějepisu na základních školách a srovnává toto působení s dnešním školstvím. Bakalářská práce je čistě teoretická a je zpracována na základě dobové literatury vydané E. Štorchem, stejně jako na literatuře zaměřené na pedagogiku, pedagogické metody a historii pedagogiky. Také čerpá z dostupných dokumentů, článků a webových příspěvků o Eduardu Štorchovi. The thesis deals with the description of Eduard Štorch and his teaching activities and endeavours in Czechoslovakia in the first half of the 20th century. It points to the context between Štorch and pedagogy in the past, not among his pedagogical contemporaries. It then analyses Štorch's pedagogical methods and approaches and compares them with contemporary education. His methods present a great opportunity for eubiotics and describes the innovative Children Farm project. The thesis discusses the project's educational contribution to the field of History in Elementary Schools, a comparison with today's education systems is mentioned here. The bachelor thesis is only theoretical, it is developed from contemporary literature published by E. Štorch. It is based on literature focused on pedagogy, pedagogical methods and the history of pedagogy and it also draws on available documents, articles and available web contributions describing endeavours of Eduard Štorch.
