Bakalářská práce pojednává o stresu vychovatelů na konkrétním domově mládeže a o mechanismech zvládání stresu těchto vychovatelů. Teoretická část bakalářské práce popisuje pojem stres, mechanismy zvládání stresu, psychohygienu, vychovatelství a domov mládeže. Výzkumné šetření přináší výpovědi a zkušenosti jednoho vychovatele a dvou vychovatelek. Snahou výzkumu je poukázat na psychickou náročnost tohoto povolání a obeznámit s tím veřejnost. Jedná se o pilotní šetření, u něhož byla data získána pomocí nestrukturovaných rozhovorů a zpracovány tematickou analýzou. The bachelor thesis deals with the stress of educators at a particular youth home and the mechanisms of coping with the stress of these educators. The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis describes the concept of stress, stress management mechanisms, psychohygiene, pedagogy and youth home. The research brings the testimonies and experiences of one tutor and two tutoresses. The aim of the research is to point out the psychological demands of this profession and to inform the public about it. It is a qualitative pilot study in which the data were obtained by using unstructured interviews and processed by thematic analysis.
