Tato práce se zabývá analýzou a hodnocením mzdového systému ve vybrané společnosti. Výzkum je prováděn v menší společnosti s cílem identifikovat různé změny, které by mohly vést k vyšší produktivitě zaměstnanců. Společnost se jmenuje Timéco s.r.o. a specializuje se na výrobu a montáž elektrických rozváděčů a panelů. Základní pojmy a informace k danému tématu jsou charakterizovány v teoretické části práce. Praktická část je zaměřena na představení společnosti, její historii, strukturu zaměstnanců a také na popis a zhodnocení mzdového systému. Spokojenost zaměstnanců je hodnocena prostřednictvím dotazníků. Spokojenost se zaměstnanci a chodem společnosti je zjišťována na základě rozhovoru s jednatelem společnosti. Následně jsou navrženy možné změny v oblasti odměňování zaměstnanců, které povedou k vyšší spokojenosti a efektivitě práce. This thesis deals with an analysis and evaluation of the payroll system in a selected company. The research is conducted in a smaller company to identify various changes that could lead to higher employee productivity. The company is called Timéco s.r.o. and specializes in the production and installation of electrical switchboards and panels. The basic concepts and information on the given topic are characterized in the theoretical part of the thesis. The practical part focuses on the introduction of the company, its history, structure of employees, as well as the description and evaluation of the payroll system. Employee satisfaction is assessed through questionnaires. The satisfaction with employees and the operation of the company is determined by interview with the company's managing director. Subsequently, possible changes in the area of employee remuneration are proposed, leading to higher job satisfaction and efficiency.
