Nel lavoro si portano a confronto l'interpretazione del racconto presentato nel libro di Giona di san Girolamo con le interpretazioni a lui precedenti e contemporanee. I testi presi in considerazione vengono attinti da autori cristiani. Il riferimento alle interpretazioni, ove non é stato possibile riportare solo il pensiero, é stato riportato con le citazioni che si rifanno ai testi elencati nella bibliografia. In the work we compare the interpretation of the story presented in the book of Jonah by Saint Jerome with previous and contemporary interpretations. The texts taken into consideration are drawn from Christian authors. The reference to the interpretations, where it was not possible to report only the thought, has been reported with citations that refer to the texts listed in the bibliography.
