Abstract: The paper presents a cost-benefit analysis in the construction industry. The aim is to assess the project's value for money and economic efficiency through the cost-benefit analysis. The paper offers procedures for developing project evaluations and decision-making processes based on economic criteria, with the goal of ensuring consistency and standardization in project evaluations. The outcome is a complex view of cost-benefit analysis in construction and a practical application of CBA to a bridge reconstruction.
