Název: Morfologický profil přednoží u dětí školního věku ve vztahu k objemu pohybových aktivit Cíle: Cílem práce je charakterizovat morfologický profil nohy s důrazem na přednoží a identifikovat specifické rozdíly mezi vybranými morfologickými parametry nohy u dětí školního věku na základě různého objemu pohybové aktivity: výrazně pohybově aktivní, průměrně pohybově aktivní a pohybově neaktivní děti. Vedlejším cílem je zjistit profil prováděných pohybových aktivit dětí mladšího školního věku a vztah k vybraným deformitám nohy. Metody: Diplomová práce je vědecko-výzkumná práce a má charakter observačně- deskriptivní neexperimentální studie. Výzkumný soubor studie tvořili školní děti ve věku 6-10 let ze tří pražských základních škol (průměrný věk 8 ±1,2 let, tělesná výška 132,8 ±8,6 cm, hmotnost 29,9 ±7,7 kg, BMI 16,8 ±16,8). Byly měřeny následující závislé proměnné: typologie nohy, funkce windlass mechanismu nohy, rigidita MP kloubu palce a deformity přednoží mezi skupinami rozdělenými PAQ- C/CZ dotazníkem pohybové aktivity. Pro objektivizaci bylo využito dotazníkových metod, 3D scanneru nohy a vybraných klinických metod. Výsledky: Ve výzkumném vzorku mělo 21 % alespoň jednu nohu s deformitou hallux valgus (úhel HV nad 10ř), 71 % valgozitu distálního článku palce (úhel nad 16ř), 40 % varozitu MP... Title: Morphological profile of forefoot in school-age children in relation to the volume of physical activities Objectives: The aim of the thesis is to characterize the morphological profile of the foot with an emphasis on the forefoot and to identify specific differences between selected morphological parameters of the foot in school-age children based on different volumes of physical activity: significantly physically active, moderately physically active and physically inactive children. A secondary goal is to determine the profile of physical activities performed by children of younger school age and the relationship to selected foot deformities. Methods: The diploma thesis is a scientific-research work and has the character of an observational-descriptive non-experimental study. The research group of the study consisted of school children aged 6-10 years from three primary schools in Prague (average age 8 ±1.2 years, body height 132.8 ±8.6 cm, weight 29.9 ±7.7 kg, BMI 16 .8 ±16.8).
