Cílem mé diplomové práce je zjistit vliv manuální lymfodrenáže na otok horní končetiny po axilární lymfadenektomii u pacientek s diagnózou karcinomu prsu. Teoretická část bude obsahovat informace o sekundárním lymfedému včetně anatomie, fyziologie a patofyziologie lymfatického systému, přiblížení problematiky karcinomu prsu a jeho léčby. V rámci léčby se budu věnovat zejména komplexní dekongestivní terapii. Cílem praktické části bude prokázat význam lymfoterapie u žen po axilární lymfadenektomii pro karcinom prsu, u kterých vzniká komplikace protinádorové léčby - sekundární lymfedém horní končetiny. Téma bude prezentováno prostřednictvím prospektivní studie. The aim of my thesis is to investigate the effect of manual lymphatic drainage on upper limb swelling after axillary lymphadenectomy in patients with breast cancer. The theoretical part will include information about secondary lymphedema including anatomy, physiology and pathophysiology of the lymphatic system, an introduction to breast cancer and its treatment. I will focus on complex decongestive therapy as part of the treatment. The aim of the practical part will be to demonstrate the importance of lymphatic therapy in women after axillary lymphadenectomy for breast cancer who develop a complication of anticancer treatment - secondary lymphedema of the upper limb. The topic will be presented through a prospective study.
