Abstrakt, klíčová slova Postavení policejního orgánu v přípravném řízení trestním Jedním z cílů předložené práce bylo zjistit, jaké je postavení policejního orgánu v českém přípravném řízení trestním. Zabýval jsem se také tím, jaký je jeho vztah k ostatním orgánům činným v trestním řízení a zejména ke státnímu zastupitelství. V úvodním historickém exkurzu jsem se stručně zabýval právní úpravou v oblasti trestního řízení v období od roku 1918 do současnosti. V další kapitole jsem popsal druhy a právní úpravu jednotlivých policejních orgánů včetně řešení sporů o příslušnost mezi nimi. Dále jsem zkoumal na struktuře úkolů, které policejní orgány plní, jaké je skutečné postavení policejního orgánu v současném trestním řízení. Zabýval jsem se jeho postupem v jednotlivých fázích přípravného řízení a jaké jsou jeho vztahy k ostatním orgánům činným v trestním řízení. Ve třetí části jsem popsal postavení a organizaci ve Spolkové republice Německo. Popsal jsem, jaké jsou úkoly policie v trestním řízení. Z toho vyplynulo, že trestní řízení v Německu je výrazně rychlejší a méně formální. Co se týče českého trestního řízení, státní zástupce disponuje dostatečnými a efektivními nástroji k výkonu dozoru nad policejním orgánem, ale často nemá dostatečnou kapacitu, aby dozor vykonával v dostatečné míře. Abstract, key words The Position of the Police Authority in Pre-Trial Criminal Proceedings One of the aims of the presented work was to find out what is the position of the police authority in the Czech criminal preparatory proceedings. I was also concerned with its relationship to other authorities and in particular to the public prosecutor's office. In the initial historical excursus I briefly dealt with the legal regulation in the field of criminal proceedings in the period from 1918 to the present. In the next chapter I described the types and legal regulation of the various police authorities, including the resolution of jurisdictional disputes between them. I then examined, by looking at the structure of the tasks performed by police authorities, the actual position of the police authority in contemporary criminal proceedings. I examined its procedure at the various stages of the pre-trial proceedings and what its relations are with other public prosecutor and the court. In the third part I described the position and organisation in the Federal Republic of Germany. I have described the tasks of the police in criminal proceedings.
