Tématem a cílem práce je definování charakteristik BIM, výhody a překážky implementace BIM a vývoj BIM situace v ČR. Vzhledem k nově vznikající situaci možnosti veřejných zakázek zadávaných pomocí metod BIM je analyzována současná situace ve vybraných krajích. Zároveň jsou zkoumány současné výhody a překážky implementace BIM v podnicích. Na základě teoretického podkladu a šetření pomocí dotazníku je sestaveno možné schéma postupu při implementaci BIM do podniku malého rozsahu. The topic and the aim of the thesis is to define BIM characteristics, the pros and cons of BIM implementation and the development of BIM situation in the Czech Republic. Current situation is analysed in selected regions due to a newly arising situation of a possible use of public procurement by BIM methods. Simultaneously are examined current pros and cons of implementing BIM in companies. Based on a knowledge and results of the survey is created a potential scheme of a process needed by implementing BIM into the small-scale company.
