Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem strategického rozvoje malého podniku, který provozuje svou činnost v oblasti výroby a montáže skel. Teoretická část je zaměřena na popis analytických metod zkoumajících vnitřní a vnější prostředí, které budou následně použity k analýze současného stavu a pozice firmy na trhu ve druhé částí. Hlavním výstupem je navržení různých strategických směrů potencionálního rozvoje, který by vedl k udržení a zlepšení současné konkurenceschopnosti podniku. This bachelor thesis describes the design of the strategic development of small business, which operates in the production and installation of glass. The theoretical part focuses on the description of the analytical methods for examining the internal and external environment, which will then be used to analyze the current state of a company's market position in the second part of this work. The main output is the design of various potential strategic directions of development that would lead to the maintenance and improvement of the current competitiveness.
