Tato diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem budovy mateřské školy v obci Dolní Lhota. je navržena jako dvoupodlažní budova s plochou střechou. Bude navazovat na stávající budovou základní školy. První nadzemní podlaží bude sloužit pro účely mateřské školy, druhé nadzemní podlaží bude sloužit pro odpolední aktivity. V prvním podlaží je umístěna třída, toalety pro děti, šatna, kanceláře, zázemí pro uklízečky, sklady, technická místnost, strojovna. Ve druhém patře jsou dvě třídy pro odpolední aktivity, šatna, kancelář, sklad a toalety. Skládá ze tří částí. První část se zabývá návrhem stavební konstrukce. Obsahuje projektovou dokumentaci se všemi půdorysy, řezy, základy, výkres střechy, technickou zprávu, pohledy. Konstrukční systém budovy je stěnový. Obvodové a vnitřní nosné zdivo je navrženo z keramických bloků. Stropy jsou provedeny z panelů Spiroll. Druhá část obsahuje technické vybavení budovy. Návrh vzduchotechnické jednotky a rozvodných prvků do místností. Výpočet využití dešťové vody. Zahrnuje také návrh vytápění budovy, osvětlení a výkres globálního schématu. Fotovoltaické panely jsou na střeše navrženy k pokrytí spotřeby budovy. Vytápění je zajištěno podzemní vodou Ve třetí části se zabývám, jaký má vliv rozdělení budovy do zón. Jako příklad jsem použila návrh vzduchotechnických jednotek. Vzhledem využití školní budovy, kdy první patro pojede převážně v dopoledních hodinách, a druhé v odpoledních jsem se zaměřila, která varianta z hlediska ekonomiky je výhodnější. This thesis deals with the design of a kindergarten building in the village of Dolní Lhota.It is designed as a two-storey building with a flat roof. It will be connected to the existing primary school building. The first floor will be used for kindergarten purposes, the second floor will be used for afternoon activities. The first floor will house a classroom, toilets for children, cloakroom, offices, cleaning facilities, storage, utility room, mechanical room. On the second floor there are two classrooms for afternoon activities, a cloakroom, office, storage and toilets. It consists of three parts. The first part deals with the design of the building structure. It contains the project documentation with all floor plans, sections, foundations, roof drawing, technical report, views. The structural system of the building is a wall system. The perimeter and internal load-bearing masonry is designed in ceramic blocks. The ceilings are made of spiroll panels. The second part contains the technical equipment of the building. Design of the air handling unit and distribution elements to the rooms. Calculation of rainwater utilisation. It also includes the design of the building heating, lighting and a drawing of the global scheme. Photovoltaic panels are proposed on the roof to cover the building's consumption. Heating is provided by groundwater In the third part I discuss the effect of zoning a building. I used the design of air handling units as an example. Given the use of a school building, where the first floor will run mostly in the morning and the second in the afternoon, I looked at which option is more economical
