Bakalářská práce je návrhem podnikatelského plánu pro založení květinářství. Předmětem podnikání bude prodej květin a drobných dárkových předmětů. Práce je rozdělena do tří částí, teoretické, analytické a návrhové. V první části jsou zpracována teoretická východiska práce. Na ni navazuje část analytická, kde je provedena analýza daného trhu. Návrhová část je vlastním zpracováním plánu. Vychází z teoretických a legislativních poznatků pro oblast podnikání a reaguje na potřeby trhu zjištěné prostřednictvím analýzy trhu. V rámci finančního plánu je hodnocena potenciální úspěšnost navrhované podnikatelské činnosti. Bachelor thesis is the business plan for establishment of flower shop. The business object is the sale of the flowers and small gifts. The thesis is divided into three parts – theoretical, analytical and proposal. Theoretical resources of thesis are described in the first part. The second part is analytical and market analysis is described in this part. The proposal is a self-treatment plan. This part comes out from theoretical and legislative business findings and is the reaction on market needs found out from the market analysis. Based on the financial plan the potential success of the proposed business is rated here.
