Diplomová práce byla zpracována pro novostavbu bytového domu ve stupni projektové dokumentace pro provedení stavby. Objekt je součástí nové rezidenční zóny budované v areálu bývalého JZD v obci Hodonice u Znojma. Projekt byl zpracován v souladu s územním plánem a respektuje okolní zástavbu. Cílem bylo navrhnout objekt, který obyvatelům poskytne nové rezidenční bydlení odpovídající dnešním standardům. Jedná se o částečně podsklepený objekt s jedním podzemním podlažím a třemi nadzemními podlažími. V suterénu objektu se nachází sklepní kóje přirazené jednotlivým bytům, technické místnosti, místnost pro kola a kočárky a sušárna. V nadzemních podlažích se nachází celkem dvanáct bytů o dispozicích 1+kk, 2+kk a 4+kk. Třetí podlaží bytového domu je ustoupené, což dalo prostor k vytvoření teras, které přináší krásné výhledy na okolní krajinu. Na jednoplášťové ploché střeše jsou umístěné fotovoltaické panely a tepelná čerpadla. Novostavba bytového domu splňuje požadavky na budovu s téměř nulovou spotřebou energie. The diploma thesis was prepared for the new construction of an apartment building at the stage of project documentation for the execution of the construction. The building is part of a new residential zone built on the premises of the former JZD in the village of Hodonice near Znojmo. The project was developed in accordance with the spatial plan and respects the surrounding development. The goal was to design a building that would provide residents with new residential housing that meets today's standards. It is a partially basement building with one basement floor and three aboveground floors. In the basement of the building there are cellar cubicles assigned to individual apartments, technical rooms, a room for bikes and strollers and a drying room. On the upper floors there are a total of twelve apartments with layouts of 1+kk, 2+kk and 4+kk. The third floor of the apartment building is set back, which gave space for the creation of terraces that offer beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. Photovoltaic panels and heat pumps are placed on the flat roof. The new construction of the apartment building meets the requirements for a building with almost zero energy consumption.
