Diplomová práce je zaměřena na inovativní financování pro pořízení nemovitostí. První část obsahuje výklad základních pojmů v oblasti hypotečních úvěrů a otevřených podílových fondů. Dále je popsána metodika hodnocení efektivnosti financování a šance a rizika s ním spojené. Druhá část práce se zabývá praktickým užitím hodnocení efektivnosti financování. Cílem je porovnání a optimalizace různých vzorových variant pořízení nemovitosti. Diploma thesis is focused on innovative financing for acquisition of real estate. The first part contains the basic terms of mortgage loans and mutual funds. The following part describes the methodology for evaluating the effectiveness of funding and the opportunities and risks associated with it. The second part deals with the practical applications of evaluating the effectiveness of the funding. The aim is to compare and optimize various model variants acquisition of real estate.
