Cílem diplomové práce bylo nejprve teoreticky vymezit téma motivace a firemní kultury v práci stavebního podniku v praktické části pak provést výzkumné šetření, analyzovat jeho výsledky a posoudit jejich praktické uplatnění ve stavební oblasti. Teoretická část popisuje základní pojmy např. Specifika stavebnictví, stavební podnik, motivace, demotivace, firemní kultura atd. V empirické části je teorie ověřena kvantitativním dotazníkovým šetřením ve stavebních podnicích různých velikostí. Následnou analýzu kvalitativně doplňují řízené rozhovory se zástupci jednotlivých firem. Na závěr je uvedeno několik doporučení, potřebných pro zlepšení motivace a firemní kultury stavebních podniků. The aim of the thesis was first to theoretically define the topic of motivation and corporate culture in the work of a construction company. The theoretical part describes the basic concep e.g. The specifics of construction engieering, construction company, motivation, demotivation, corporate culture, etc. In the empirical part, the theory is verified by a quantitative questionnaire survey in construction companies of various sizes. The subsequent analysis is qualitatively supplemented by controlled interviews with representatives of individual companies. Finally, some recommendations are needed to improve the motivation and corporate culture of construction companies.
