Bakalářská práce se zabývá vedením a řízením spolupracovníků ve stavebním podniku. Cílem této práce je analyzovat situaci v českých stavebních firmách v několika oblastech. Teoretická část je věnována výkladu základních pojmů a teoriím, které souvisí s danou problematikou. V praktické části jsou navrženy čtyři hypotézy a na základě dotazníkového šetření je zhodnocena situace z hlediska diverzity, motivace, komunikace a vzdělávání ve stavebních podnicích. Výstupem práce jsou závěry a doporučení, které se opírají o trendy a zkušenosti získané z výzkumu a mohou při práci s vedením a řízením spolupracovníků ve stavebním podniku pomoci. This bachelor thesis deals with topics of leadership and staff management in the construction business. The purpose of the thesis is to analyze situation in the fields associated with problematics of Czech construction business. The theoretical part introduces concepts and theories related to said problematic. There are four hypotheses proposed in the practical part. The situation considering diversity, motivation, comunication and education is evaluated through survey. The outcome of this thesis are partial conclusions and suggestions derived from trends and experiences found through research. These conclusions and suggestions may be helpful for those holding leadership and employee management work positions in construction companies.
