Práce se zabývá výhradně urbanistickým konceptem dostavby městského bloku a architektonickým návrhem vybraných městských domů v navržené dostavbě. Podstatné kroky v průběhu projektu byly ve vytvoření nejvhodnějšího stavebního programu, dále nalezení korektního prostorového uspořádání a vytvoření architektonického návrhu městských domů, zejména potom dispozic jednotlivých podlaží. Ve studii jsou zahrnuty zásady organizace parteru, vnitrobloku, parkování a návrh řešení navazujícího veřejného prostoru. Součástí práce je vizuální příloha v podobě pare, v které jsou zahrnuty všechny povinné náležitosti projektu. Další přílohou jsou 3 prezentační panely a 1 hlavní výstavní panel. The bachelor thesis deals exclusively with the urban concept of the completion of the city block and the architectural design of selected town houses in the proposed building complex. Important steps during the project were in the creation of the most suitable construction program, as well as finding the correct spatial arrangement and the creation of the architectural design of town houses, especially the layout of the individual floors. The study includes the principles of organization of the ground floor, courtyard, parking and the design of the adjoining public space.
