Práce se zabývá návrhem architektury informačního systému, návrhem bezpečnostních testů a praktickým prověřením bezpečnosti finálně realizovaného systému. Návrh systému musí splňovat legislativní požadavky na ochranu osobních dat klientů. Tato práce je jedním z podkladů pilotního projektu obchodní společnosti pro poskytování nových služeb již existujícího Call Centra. The bachelor thesis deals with an information system architecture design, security test procedure design and practical security test evaluation. The proposed solution must meet the requirements of private data handling policy. This thesis is a part of a commercial project, aimed to offer new services in an existing call center.
