Práce se předně zabývá tvorbou materiálového modelu pro numerickou simulaci s využitím pěchovací zkoušky, a to pro ocel 17 240, na kterou byla nanesena vrstva maziva Delta 144. Ze získaných hodnot sily a dráhy se vytvořil materiálový model, který slouží k charakterizování materiálu pro numerickou simulaci. Simulace probíhala v programu ANSYS Workbench 19.0. Z ní se získá závislost síly na dráze, která slouží k porovnání s pěchovací zkouškou. Ze srovnání vyšlo, že hodnoty příliš neodlišují a je možné tento materiálový model používat pro numerické simulace. The thesis deals primarily with the creation of a material model for numerical simulation using an upsetting test for steel 17 240, a layer of Delta 144 was applied on the steel. From the obtained values of force and path, a material model was created which serves for characterization material for numerical simulation. The simulation was performed in ANSYS Workbench 19.0. From this, force and path are obtained, which is used to compare with the upsetting test. It is clear from the comparison that the values do not differ too much, and it is possible to use this material for numerical simulation.
