Práce se zabývá kompletním návrhem elektrického pohonu pro lehký motocykl. Jsou zde uvedeny různé typy trakčních motorů i zdrojů elektrické energie pro pohon a je vybráno konkrétní řešení pro použitý rám motocyklu Jawa 50/555. Součástí práce je měření ztrát trakčního motoru a úprava chlazení. Následují trakční výpočty a definice parametrů pohonu. Součástí je také návrh a realizace 10S6P Li-ion baterie s balancerem a ochranným obvodem proti přílišnému vybití. Dále je v práci popsán návrh snižujícího DC/DC měniče s regulátorem proudu, návrh chlazení výkonových součástek a následná realizace kompletního měniče včetně krytu. This work deals with complete designing of electric drive for lightweight motorcycle. There are mentioned options of electric drive and types of batteries. One solution for Jawa 50/555 motorcycle frame is picked. In this work are measured losses of traction motor and cooling system is modified. There are some necessary calculations of drive. In next part 10S6P Li-ion battery with balancer and undercharge controller is realized. In this thesis design of step – down converter with current control is described, cooling and PCB is proposed. Complete converter with cover is made.
