V mé diplomové práci se budu zabývat návrhem strategie řízení obchodu ve společnosti. V první části se budu věnovat teoretickým poznatkům souvisejícím s maloobchodem. V druhé části představím společnost. Dále jsem spolupracovala s družstvem Jednota, spotřební družstvo v Mikulově, které mi poskytlo potřebné informace, díky kterým jsem mohla analyzovat současný stav maloobchodní prodejny. Na základě současného stavu maloobchodní prodejny, jsem vytvořila návrh zlepšení. In my thesis, I will discuss the draft strategy for the management of business in society. The first part will discuss the theoretical knowledge related to retail. In the second part I introduce. I also worked with the cooperative Jednota, consumer cooperative in Mikulov, which gave me the necessary information so that I could analyze the current state of retail. Based on the current state of retail, I created a proposal for improvement.
